so batshit it has to be blogged about.
So I just met this kid on facebook. And it turns out, we’re actually long-lost twins, and we’re gonna finally meet each other in college!
Totally kidding. But we are like two RODE mics in a foam case, and we’re going to NEU together. Him first in the fall, me later in the winter/spring.
Ben is one heckuvan awesome dude who happens to be interested in the same. exact. things. as me, and has pretty much the exact same background too… Except, he’s from Cali (why is everyone from CA?), and way more 1337 than me, and I’m from Jerz, and way less legit than him. Here is his blog about recording on the road in Italy. (And I thought doing a cappella set ups in Hauser was bad, hah). It’s seriously pretty sweet, so check it out. I feel like you all will see some pretty neat things come from us in the future…
